Deal Shopping for Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes: Requesting Manufacturer Coupons from Companies

Using coupons really helps stretch my Operation Christmas Child shoebox giving budget and allows me to fill more shoe boxes.  Not only does using them on my shoe box items help, but by saving on my own groceries and household needs I can have more to share.

There are many manufacturers who will send out coupons to consumers when contacted thru mail, phone or email.  Many people have received outstanding coupons in the mail after complimenting a company on one of their products.  These companies will often send out coupons for free products along with cents off coupons when contacted with a complaint, compliment or just inquiry.

So if you'd like to try a new product or have a favorite you'd love to save some money on let the manufacturer know.  Some will send coupons upon request, too.  You can find most contact information on the product or on their website.  I often look over the future CVS ads and if I see something I know I want to buy I'll contact the company in hopes of receiving coupons in time for the sale.

I haven't done this in a while, but I should definitely start making a list.
