Facial Bar Soap from MDSupplies & Services Review ~ Good Price for Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes

MDSupplies & Services facial bar soap review and recommendations for Operation Christmas Cihild shoebox packing. If you pack Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes in bulk, soap can be one of the harder things to find at a good price...not easy to do deals and coupons for that many boxes!  Here's a good option from MDSupplies & Service's special Shoebox Shoppers order form.   MDSupplies & Services has helpfully made us who pack for shoeboxes a special order form of just items that can go in OCC shoeboxes...plus it has FREE SHIPPING!!!   (Disclosure: post contains affiliate links & I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking on them)

They offer the Facial Bar Soap - #3 (3 oz) Individually Wrapped (SP30) for  $26.87 for a case of 100...works out to 27 cents a bar.  They also offer it unwrapped:  Bar Soap, Facial - #3 (3 oz) Unwrapped (SPU30) for $24.14 for a case of 100...a
savings of almost 3 cents a bar!  If you're going to buy one of their soap cases I reviewed to pack it in anyhow, you probably don't need it wrapped, and could use the savings to help cover the cost of the soap dishes.  My planned buy price for this year was a quarter (although I have beat it with some coupon deals), so this seems like a good price.  If you prefer antibacterial, they also offer an option for that: Bar Soap, Antibacterial - #3 (3 oz), Individually Wrapped 100 for $27.64.

I wasn't able to actually test the soap/lather...there are a number of severe allergies & asthma in my household,  so trying new scented products isn't a good idea!  But I liked the scent, it was nice and gentle, but pretty.  The bar also seemed very hard, which I feel will be good as it won't get used up as fast as a softer bar.   If you're wondering how they compare size wise to other soap options, I weighed what I had on hand on my postal scale, it weighed them as follows: This option 2.3 oz., Ivory 3.1 oz., Dial Basic 3.4 oz., Normal Dial 3.9 oz., and Irish Spring 4 oz.  Considering unless you hit a good deal, those all cost a good deal more.

I have also reviewed their soap holder if you are interested you can find it here:  Dukal Hygiene Cases Review.

I hope this review helps someone...if you have any further questions, please just ask and you may want to check out the rest of my MD Supplies & Services Reviews for items appropriate for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes.
