It's so important to provide girls with a dress or skirt & tee top,plus fabric washable sanitary pads with panties. They are at the bottom of the pecking order and I often wonder if a parent or older sister might confiscate some of the items the girls receive. I try to squeeze in 6 to 8 pads so (hopefully) a mother or older sister will share with the one who got the shoebox gift.
