Button Up Crochet Scarf & Hat Pattern ~ Design by Elizabeth

My daughter designed and crocheted this toddler hat and scarf set for an Operation Christmas Child shoe box.  The same design can be made larger by increasing the crochet hook size and using 3-ply worsted weight yarn.  She chose the lightweight yarn and a semi-open design to take up less room in the shoe box while still giving warmth.

This is lovely. Must try this right away. Who I will give it too is another question. But there is always a baby in the family.

Love the addition of the blue crocheted button. Blue and green are a great combo.
